Fix Ui5658 - BOINC references non-GNU FSDG software repos.
Although BOINC provides some desireable free software in it's repos not all is and their repos don't have the GNU FSDG guarantee. Further, from a limited study of the code, although the description of them is different the central boinc server and associated project servers seem to be in part a special purpose distributed job scheduling system like a subset of IBM's z/OS JES3. Which might make the Trisquel packages a bespoke SaaSS client.
