Same as !47 (merged), except in addition to removing the nonfree RIPEMD code, it also removes the nonfree file msvcrt.dll. This file isn't present in belenos because Debian removed it in version 2.1.4-dfsg1-1: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=685207.
